About Veurion

The governance layer for corporate travel in Africa

Veurion helps enterprises control travel spend before it happens. We unify travel requests, policy, budgets, approvals, visas, bookings, and audit trails in one platform, so Finance and leadership stay in control and travelers get where they need to go.

Why we built Veurion

In many organizations, corporate travel is one of the largest controllable costs, yet it is managed through emails, spreadsheets, and chat messages. Spend is only visible once invoices arrive, and nobody can easily answer who approved a trip or why.

Our goal is not simply to make travel booking easier. It is to make corporate travel controlled, visible, and accountable.

  • Finance learns of travel spend only after invoices arrive.
  • Approvals live in email and WhatsApp, with no audit trail.
  • Travel policy exists on paper but is not enforced at the point of request.
  • Visa requirements and documents are handled outside the travel workflow.

How Veurion works

One governed path for every trip, from the first request to the final audit record.

Control before spend

Every trip is checked against policy and budget and approved before capital is committed, not reconciled after the fact.

Visibility for Finance and leadership

Accountability by default

Who requested, which policy applied, who authorized, and what was booked. Every decision is logged and audit-ready.
